How we report

Who’s responsible

FutAve publishes these articles as part of its football app and website. Each article carries its public byline. FutAve is responsible for articles published under its name. You can contact us about the reporting using the address below.

Evidence comes first

Our player spotlights use a saved snapshot of match data supplied by Sportmonks through FutAve. Articles link to the relevant match and player, identify the data source, and show when the snapshot was captured. Recorded events support the reporting; they do not establish that we watched the match or know a player’s intentions.

How we use AI

AI can help prepare a draft and organize match data. A FutAve editor checks factual claims and the accompanying graphic against the source data before publishing. The article discloses this assistance. An automated draft is not a published report.

Graphics and photography

Our data graphics are built from the recorded statistics and events used in the article. Photographs are optional and carry their own credit, license and source link. An archive photograph is labeled as archival and should not be read as a photograph of the reported match.

Corrections

When a published article needs a change, we take it through review again. A republished revision includes a public note explaining the change. The original publication date remains visible; a revised article also shows its update date.
