Outstanding performance
Como•MidfielderComo delivered a stunning attacking masterclass to demolish Torino 6-0 in what became one of Serie A's most emphatic victories of the season. The hosts established complete control within the opening 16 minutes through goals from Anastasios Douvikas and Martin Baturina, setting the tone for a dominant display that saw them create chances at will. Douvikas emerged as the star performer with a hat-trick, while the second half brought a flurry of substitutions that only seemed to energize Como further, with fresh legs Nicolas Kühn and Maxence Caqueret both finding the net. This crushing result represents a significant statement of intent from Como and leaves Torino facing serious questions about their defensive organization and overall form.
High-flying Como welcomes struggling Torino to Stadio Sinigaglia, looking to build on their impressive 5-1 victory from November. With Como sitting comfortably in 6th place and Torino languishing in 14th, the hosts will be confident of extending their recent dominance in this fixture.
