Zagłębie Lubin produced a clinical away performance to secure a commanding 3-1 victory over Piast Gliwice, overturning an early deficit with a display of clinical finishing and tactical discipline. After Grzegorz Tomasiewicz gave the hosts a 22nd-minute lead, Josip Corluka's quick equalizer settled Zagłębie's nerves before Damian Michalski's second-half strike and a late Michalis Kosidis goal sealed the three points. The victory represents a significant boost for Zagłębie's league ambitions, while Piast will rue their inability to build on their promising start. The match concluded in heated fashion with three yellow cards in stoppage time as tensions boiled over following Kosidis' decisive strike.
