Korona Kielce delivered a devastating first-half performance to secure a crucial 3-0 victory over Arka Gdynia in what proved to be a vital result in their fight against relegation. Marcel Pieczek opened the scoring in the 22nd minute before Stjepan Davidovic doubled the advantage just two minutes later, stunning the visitors with a rapid-fire combination. The home side's dominance was rewarded again in the 44th minute when Mariusz Stepinski converted from the penalty spot after Konstantinos Sotiriou's involvement led to the spot-kick. Arka Gdynia's triple substitution at halftime indicated their desperation to salvage something from the match, but Korona professionally managed the second half to claim three precious points that could prove decisive in their survival bid.
