Lokomotiva Zagreb
Lokomotiva Zagreb dominated possession with 58% but were forced to settle for a point after Vukovar's resilient equalizer. Leon Belcar put the visitors ahead early in the second half, capitalizing on their superior passing accuracy and territorial control. However, Vukovar showed impressive efficiency in front of goal, converting four of their five shots on target compared to Lokomotiva's wasteful one from six attempts. Vito Caic's equalizer 18 minutes later proved crucial as both managers made multiple substitutions in the final quarter, searching for a winner that never materialized.
