Notts County delivered a ruthless display at Meadow Lane, dismantling Tranmere Rovers 5-0 in what became a comprehensive League Two rout. The hosts took control early through Jason Lowe's unfortunate own goal before Lee Ndlovu's clinical second-half brace and Jodi Jones' strike put the game beyond doubt. Tranmere's discipline crumbled as they picked up three yellow cards in the first half, allowing County to dominate proceedings and cap off the victory with Matthew Dennis converting from the penalty spot late on. This emphatic win will significantly boost Notts County's promotion credentials while leaving Tranmere to pick up the pieces from a chastening afternoon.
