Grimsby Town snatched a dramatic victory in the dying moments through Jaze Kabia's 90th-minute winner, capping off a tense League Two encounter that had looked destined for a goalless draw. The Mariners showed excellent game management in the final stages, with their late substitutions proving decisive as fresh legs provided the spark needed to break down a stubborn Fleetwood defence. The match was characterised by physical play throughout, with six yellow cards reflecting the competitive nature of the contest, including late bookings for arguments as tensions boiled over after the crucial goal. This vital three points keeps Grimsby's promotion ambitions on track while dealing a significant blow to Fleetwood's own aspirations in what was a closely-fought League Two battle.
