Viktoria Plzeň secured a convincing 3-1 victory over Slovan Liberec in what proved to be a tale of two halves at the Doosan Arena. The hosts dominated the opening period, establishing a commanding 2-0 lead through David Krcik's early strike and Cheick Souaré's clinical finish just before the break. Liberec's immediate response after halftime through substitute Lukas Masek briefly threatened a comeback, but Denis Visinsky's 76th-minute goal effectively killed off any hopes of a dramatic turnaround. The result strengthens Plzeň's position in the Chance Liga table and continues their solid home form, while Liberec's inconsistent away record remains a concern for their European ambitions.
