Outstanding performance
Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih•MidfielderKryvbas Kryvyi Rih delivered a dominant first-half performance to secure a convincing 3-1 victory over Zorya Luhansk at home. After falling behind early to Nemanja Anđušić's third-minute opener, the hosts responded immediately through Bar Lin's equalizer and never looked back. Maksym Zaderaka's 30th-minute strike gave Kryvbas the lead before Gleiker Mendoza capped off a scintillating first half with a third goal on the stroke of half-time. The result lifts Kryvbas further away from relegation concerns while leaving Zorya to reflect on a missed opportunity after their bright start, with the visitors unable to build on their early advantage and fading badly after the opening exchanges.
