Outstanding performance
Kocaelispor•AttackerKocaelispor dominated possession and chances but were left frustrated after a controversial 1-1 draw with Göztepe at home. Despite controlling 71% of possession and creating 20 shots to Göztepe's 7, the hosts could only manage an equalizer after Janderson's early opener for the visitors. The match turned chaotic in the second half with Show's dismissal for a second yellow card reducing Kocaelispor to ten men, while referee decisions sparked heated arguments resulting in 11 yellow cards. Kocaelispor's inability to convert their dominance into victory represents a missed opportunity to climb the table, while Göztepe's defensive resilience earned them a valuable point on the road.
