FCSB delivered a clinical away performance to overwhelm UTA Arad 4-2, with Mihai Lixandru's brace proving the difference in a thrilling encounter. The visitors established early control through Lixandru's opener before UTA briefly leveled through Hakim Abdallah. However, goals from Juri Cisotti and another from Lixandru put FCSB firmly in command, with Richard Odada's red card on the stroke of half-time effectively ending UTA's resistance. Despite Daniel Bîrligea extending the lead and a late consolation from Din Alomerovic, this comprehensive victory strengthens FCSB's position in the Superliga while leaving UTA struggling near the bottom of the table.
