Universitatea Cluj produced a dominant away performance to comprehensively defeat FCSB 3-1, overturning an early deficit with ruthless efficiency. After falling behind to Jug Stanojev's unfortunate own goal, Cluj responded with three unanswered goals through Oucasse Mendy, Jovo Lukic, and Issouf Macalou to secure a convincing victory. The visitors controlled the tempo after equalizing, with their attacking trio causing constant problems for a FCSB defense that looked increasingly vulnerable as the match progressed. This result represents a significant statement from Cluj and leaves FCSB with serious questions about their defensive solidity and ability to maintain leads at home.
