SK Beveren secured a comfortable 2-0 victory away at Royal Francs Borains with a clinical second-half performance. The visitors weathered an even first half that saw both sides pick up early bookings, before Kurt Abrahams broke the deadlock eight minutes into the second period. Beveren's tactical discipline paid dividends as they absorbed pressure and struck on the counter, with Lennart Mertens sealing the points with a well-taken finish in the 77th minute. The result strengthens Beveren's position in the Challenger Pro League table, while Borains will rue their inability to capitalize on home advantage despite making multiple substitutions in search of an equalizer.
