Amed SK vs Vanspor FK - 1. Lig

Amed SK snatched a dramatic victory in the dying moments through Felix Afena-Gyan's 90th-minute winner against Vanspor FK. The match appeared destined for a goalless draw after a cagey affair with few clear chances, but Afena-Gyan, who had only been introduced as a substitute in the 68th minute, broke the deadlock with virtually the last kick of the game. The closing stages were marred by heated exchanges, with both Žan Jevšenak and goal scorer Afena-Gyan receiving yellow cards for their involvement in late arguments. This crucial victory strengthens Amed SK's position in the 1. Lig promotion race, while Vanspor FK will rue their inability to hold on for what would have been a valuable away point.
