Altrincham secured a crucial 1-0 victory over Wealdstone thanks to Jimmy Knowles' well-taken goal just before half-time. The Robins controlled proceedings in the opening period, with Knowles capitalizing on a defensive lapse to slot home what proved to be the winner on 35 minutes. Wealdstone's frustrations showed in the second half with Kahrel Reddin booked for simulation as they struggled to create clear-cut chances. Both managers made multiple substitutions in the final twenty minutes as Wealdstone threw bodies forward, but Altrincham's defensive discipline saw them hold firm for a vital three points that strengthens their position in the National League table.
