Tamworth produced a dominant second-half display to thrash Altrincham 5-1 in a match that completely turned on its head after the break. Despite falling behind early through Kennedy Digie's 17th-minute opener, Jimmy Knowles leveled for the visitors just seven minutes into the second half. However, the game descended into chaos with both sides reduced to ten men through red cards to Dan Sassi and Tylor Golden. Tamworth seized control from the resulting penalty converted by Stefan Mols, before Ben Acquaye, Joe Rye and Jordan Cullinane-Liburd completed the rout. This emphatic victory will boost Tamworth's mid-table position significantly, while Altrincham face serious questions about their discipline and defensive resilience after such a heavy defeat.
