Morecambe
Morecambe delivered a devastating first-half display to demolish Sutton United 5-0 in a comprehensive National League victory. Jack Nolan was the star of the show with a stunning hat-trick inside 25 minutes, following Paul Lewis's early opener, before Junior Eccleston's red card compounded Sutton's misery. The home side never recovered from going down to ten men, and substitute Daniel Ogwuru added a fifth late on to complete the rout. This emphatic away win will significantly boost Morecambe's league position and confidence, while Sutton face serious questions about their defensive frailties and discipline after this humbling defeat.
