Outstanding performance
Virtus Entella•AttackerVirtus Entella looked set to claim all three points after Luigi Cuppone's second-half opener, but Antonio Fiori's dramatic 90th-minute equalizer rescued a crucial point for Frosinone in this Serie B encounter. The match was a cagey affair with both sides struggling to create clear-cut chances, reflected in four yellow cards being shown for various fouls and confrontations. Cuppone's 49th-minute strike appeared to be the decisive moment as Entella controlled proceedings, but Frosinone's late attacking substitutions paid dividends when recent substitute Fiori found the net with virtually the last kick of the game. The draw maintains both teams' mid-table positions as they continue their push for a stronger finish to the season.
