Outstanding performance
Palermo•MidfielderPalermo delivered a commanding first-half performance to cruise past Südtirol 3-0 in what became a one-sided affair at the Renzo Barbera. The Rosanero took control early through Joel Pohjanpalo's penalty conversion and never looked back, with Jérémy Le Douaron doubling the lead before halftime. Pietro Ceccaroni's early second-half strike effectively killed off any hopes of a Südtirol comeback, as the visitors struggled to create meaningful chances throughout. This emphatic victory strengthens Palermo's push for promotion, while Südtirol will need to regroup quickly to avoid falling further behind in the Serie B standings.
