Marumo Gallants produced a clinical second-half performance to overturn Harold Majadibodu's opener and secure a convincing away victory. After Chippa took the lead on the stroke of half-time, Gallants responded immediately after the break through Ndabayithethwa Ndlondlo's equalizer. Msindisi Ndlovu's strike gave the visitors the lead before Mohamed Doumbia sealed the points with a late third. The result lifts Gallants' momentum significantly while leaving Chippa struggling in mid-table mediocrity, with their inability to hold onto leads continuing to plague their campaign.
