Siwelele
Orlando Pirates were left frustrated after surrendering an early lead in a hard-fought Premier League encounter. Siwelele took the initiative through M. Pule's 29th-minute opener, capitalizing on what appeared to be defensive uncertainty from the hosts. Pirates responded with increased intensity after the break, finding their equalizer through Tshepang Moremi six minutes into the second half. Both managers made multiple changes as the match wore on, with Pirates introducing attacking threats Evidence Makgopa and Patrick Maswanganyi in search of a winner. The visitors showed their defensive resolve in the closing stages, employing time-wasting tactics that earned them two late bookings but helped secure a valuable point on the road.
