Outstanding performance
Damac FC•GoalkeeperAl-Qadsiah dominated possession and chances but had to settle for a frustrating draw after missing three big chances at Damac. The visitors controlled 69% of possession and registered 16 shots to Damac's six, but their wastefulness in front of goal proved costly. Nahitan Nández put Al-Qadsiah ahead with a well-taken finish in the 35th minute, but Damac's response was immediate through Valentín Vada just two minutes later. Despite creating 112 dangerous attacks compared to Damac's 17 and earning 12 corners, Al-Qadsiah couldn't find the winner against a resilient home side that defended deep and made their goalkeeper work overtime with six saves.
