Botev Vratsa produced a clinical away performance to secure a convincing 3-1 victory over Botev Plovdiv in this First League encounter. After falling behind early to Edson Martinho da Silva's 19th-minute opener, Vratsa showed immediate resilience with Martin Petkov's equalizer just five minutes later. The visitors took control in the second half through Martin Smolenski's go-ahead goal on 66 minutes, before substitute Sainey Sanyang sealed the victory with a well-taken effort 10 minutes after coming on. The result lifts Vratsa's spirits significantly while leaving Plovdiv in a precarious 16th position, with their poor recent form continuing to hamper their league campaign.
