Công an Hà Nội delivered a commanding comeback performance to defeat Ninh Bình 3-2 in a thrilling V-League encounter that could prove crucial for their league positioning. After falling behind early to Geovane Magno's second-minute opener, the hosts responded emphatically through Alan Grafite's stunning hat-trick before halftime. The Brazilian striker leveled with a well-taken finish on 32 minutes, converted a penalty three minutes later, then completed his treble in first-half stoppage time to put Hà Nội firmly in control. Despite Quang Nho Dung's red card leaving them a man down, Hà Nội managed the second half professionally, weathering Chung Nguyen Do's 55th-minute consolation goal to secure three vital points that should boost their momentum in what appears to be a competitive title race.
League leaders Ninh Bình travel to second-placed Công an Hà Nội in a potential title-deciding clash. With just one point separating the unbeaten sides, this top-of-the-table encounter could reshape the V-League championship race.
