Rodez pulled off a dramatic late comeback to snatch victory at Reims in what appeared to be heading for a narrow home win. Hafiz Umar Ibrahim's first-half strike had put Reims in control, but the visitors showed tremendous character in the final stages. Substitute Mehdi Baaloudj proved the catalyst, equalizing just seven minutes after coming on before Taïryk Arconte converted a 90th-minute penalty to complete the turnaround. Abdoul Koné's last-man red card for the foul leading to the spot-kick summed up Reims' collapse, as they threw away what seemed like a comfortable three points and missed a chance to climb the Ligue 2 table.
