Outstanding performance

Inter Miami dominated possession and created significantly more chances but were forced to settle for a 2-2 draw after New York Red Bulls struck twice against the run of play. Jorge Ruvalcaba's counter-attack opener gave the visitors an early lead despite Miami's territorial advantage, before Mateo Silvetti and Germán Berterame turned the match around with clinical finishes either side of halftime. However, Adri Mehmeti's close-range equalizer with 13 minutes remaining rescued a crucial point for New York RB, who defended resolutely and relied on goalkeeper Ethan Horvath's five saves to deny Miami's attacking dominance. The result maintains both teams' mid-table positions in what appears to be a tight MLS campaign.
How entertaining was this match?
Inter Miami welcome New York Red Bulls to Chase Stadium as both teams look to climb the Eastern Conference table. The defending champions boast Lionel Messi in excellent form, but defensive vulnerabilities could give the Bulls' attacking lineup opportunities to exploit.
