Colorado looked to be cruising after Donavan Phillip and Morgan Whittaker's second goal put them 3-1 up with just over 15 minutes to go, but Seattle's resilience turned the match on its head. Dejan Joveljić was the constant thorn in Colorado's side, netting twice including a crucial strike in the 79th minute, before substitute Caden Clark completed the comeback with a stoppage-time equalizer in the 90th minute. Seattle dominated the underlying numbers with 53% possession and 49 dangerous attacks to Colorado's 39, but it was their character in the final 15 minutes that salvaged a point on the road. For Colorado, this will sting as two points lost from a winning position, while Seattle's late-game mentality continues to be a defining trait of their season as the title race tightens.
