Polonia Warszawa secured a hard-fought 2-1 victory over Kudrivka in this Club Friendlies encounter, with Vasin proving to be the match-winner with a well-taken brace. The hosts started brightly, taking an early lead through Vasin's clinical finish in the third minute, but were pegged back before the half-hour mark when Lyehostayev found the net for the visitors. Polonia's persistence paid off just before the hour mark as Vasin struck again to restore their advantage, a lead they managed to protect through the remainder of the contest. This positive result will give Polonia valuable momentum as they continue their preparations, while Kudrivka will rue their inability to build on Lyehostayev's equalizer and will need to tighten up defensively ahead of their next fixture.
