Real Betis U19 delivered a commanding performance to thrash Tottenham Hotspur U19 5-1 in this UEFA Youth League encounter, with Rodrigo Marina's hat-trick proving the decisive factor. After Tottenham took an early lead through Lucá Williams-Barnett, Betis responded with devastating effect, scoring four goals in a 23-minute first-half blitz that completely overwhelmed the English side. The Spanish outfit's high-pressing game and clinical finishing in the final third exposed Tottenham's defensive frailties, with Marina exploiting space behind the backline repeatedly. This emphatic victory significantly boosts Betis' European campaign while leaving Tottenham with serious questions about their defensive structure and ability to compete at this level.
Real Betis U19 host Tottenham Hotspur U19 in a first-ever meeting at the UEFA Youth League Round of 32 stage. Spurs bring attacking firepower after scoring 28 goals in the group stage, while Betis look to capitalize on home advantage with strong recent domestic form.
