Outstanding performance
Necaxa•AttackerNecaxa delivered a commanding 3-0 victory over Tijuana at home, with Javier Ruiz's clinical double setting the foundation for a comprehensive win. The hosts dominated proceedings from the first half, taking the lead through Ruiz's close-range finish after Ricardo Monreal struck the crossbar, then doubling their advantage early in the second half with another well-taken Ruiz strike from outside the box. Tomás Badaloni capped off the scoring with a header from a swift counterattack, as Necaxa's attacking fluidity overwhelmed a Tijuana side that struggled to create meaningful chances throughout. This emphatic result strengthens Necaxa's position in the Liga MX table while leaving Tijuana with serious questions about their defensive organization and attacking threat.
