Outstanding performance
Thun•DefenderThun delivered a commanding away performance to dismantle Winterthur 3-0 in this Super League encounter. The visitors controlled the tempo throughout, breaking the deadlock just before the hour mark through Franz-Ethan Meichtry's well-taken opener. Elmin Rastoder doubled the advantage just four minutes later, effectively killing off any hopes of a Winterthur comeback. Despite both managers making multiple changes in search of a different dynamic, substitute Kastriot Imeri capped off an impressive individual display by adding the third goal with seven minutes remaining. This comprehensive victory will boost Thun's confidence significantly, while Winterthur will need to regroup quickly after failing to register a single goal against disciplined opposition.
