Outstanding performance
Viking•DefenderViking delivered a commanding performance at home, overwhelming Molde with a clinical attacking display that saw them race to a 3-1 halftime lead and never look back. Henrik Heggheim was the standout performer, netting a crucial brace in the first half that turned the tide after Molde's early equalizer through Emil Breivik. Niklas Fuglestad also impressed with a well-taken double, opening the scoring and adding the fourth to seal the rout. This emphatic victory will boost Viking's confidence significantly and demonstrates their potential to compete with the league's established sides, while Molde will be concerned by their defensive fragility and inability to respond after falling behind.
