Al Bataeh
Bani Yas
Bani Yas secured a crucial late victory against Al Bataeh in a tightly contested UAE Pro League encounter that remained goalless for nearly the entire match. The breakthrough finally came in the 90th minute when substitute Leonel Wamba found the net, justifying manager's tactical gamble of introducing fresh legs in the final stages. The match was characterized by disciplined defensive structures from both sides, with yellow cards to Nemanja Djekovic, Neto, and Ruan Santos highlighting the physical nature of the contest. This vital three points will provide significant relief for Bani Yas in what appears to be a crucial fixture given the teams' positions, while Al Bataeh will rue their inability to capitalize on home advantage despite a resilient defensive performance.
