Sūduva
FC Daugavpils
Sūduva delivered an emphatic 5-3 victory over FC Daugavpils in what proved to be a thrilling pre-season encounter. The Lithuanian side established early dominance with two goals in the opening 16 minutes, setting the tone for an attacking display that would ultimately see them find the net five times. Despite Daugavpils showing admirable fighting spirit with three goals of their own, including a brief period where they threatened to mount a serious comeback, Sūduva's clinical finishing and offensive fluidity proved decisive. This result will provide significant confidence for Sūduva ahead of their competitive fixtures, while Daugavpils will need to address defensive vulnerabilities exposed in this high-scoring affair.
