“Karvina II broke the deadlock early in the second half to take the lead”
“The hosts doubled their advantage, appearing to put the match beyond doubt”
Pivotal
Karvina II
FC Vsetin
Karvina II looked to be cruising to a comfortable victory after taking a commanding 2-0 lead early in the second half, but FC Vsetin staged a remarkable late fightback in this entertaining friendly encounter. The hosts controlled proceedings for the majority of the match and will be disappointed to have let slip what seemed like a certain victory. Vsetin's persistence paid dividends in the final stages as they scored twice in quick succession to salvage a draw from what appeared to be a lost cause. This result will give Vsetin tremendous confidence moving forward, while Karvina II must reflect on how they allowed such a strong position to slip away in the space of just four minutes.
