“Double substitution as both Achref Habbassi and Y. Najjari are introduced”
CODM Meknès
Olympic Safi
CODM Meknès secured a crucial 1-0 victory over Olympic Safi in a fiercely contested Botola Pro encounter that lived up to its high-stakes billing. Zouhir Eddib proved to be the match-winner with his 53rd-minute strike, capitalizing on what appeared to be Meknès' best spell of pressure in the second half. The match was defined by its combative nature, with referee brandishing eight yellow cards as both teams battled intensely throughout, ultimately culminating in Sofian El Moudane's dismissal for a second bookable offense in the dying moments. This result could prove pivotal for Meknès' season aspirations, while Olympic Safi will rue missed opportunities in what was clearly a must-win fixture for both sides.
