Zenit delivered a dominant first-half performance to comfortably see off Kairat in this Club Friendlies encounter. The Russian side established complete control early, with Nino breaking the deadlock after just 13 minutes before Aleksandr Sobolev doubled the advantage eight minutes later. The visitors struggled to find any rhythm in the opening period, with Dan Glazer and Arsen Adamov both picking up bookings as frustration mounted. With the game effectively settled by the break, both sides used the second half to rotate players and work on tactical systems, making this a valuable exercise for Zenit as they continue their pre-season preparations.
