Silkeborg dominated possession (62%) and looked in total control after goals from Alagie Saine and Jakob Bonde put them 2-0 up inside the opening 23 minutes. But Horsens, despite being second-best for large stretches, found their route back through Oliver Ross, whose penalty just after the break sparked a stunning turnaround. Ross completed his hat-trick with two goals in a 20-minute second-half burst to put Horsens ahead 3-2, only for Saine to complete the chaos with a deep stoppage-time leveler to make it 3-3. Despite Silkeborg's dominance in the underlying numbers - more shots on target accuracy, more corners, far greater passing volume - it was Horsens' clinical edge in front of goal, converting three of their limited chances through one man, that defined the result and leaves Silkeborg to rue a collapse that undoes their dominant first-half display.
How entertaining was this match?
Silkeborg host Horsens in a tightly packed mid-table clash with top-six implications, as a home win would lift SIF above their visitors. All eyes are on Kristian Kirkegaard, who could face his former club for the first time since leaving Horsens.
