Outstanding performance

Viborg FF blew this contest open in a frantic first half, scoring three times inside 25 minutes to turn a promising Nordsjælland response into a rout. Mads Sondergaard's early opener was cancelled out almost immediately by Alexander Lind, but Viborg responded with ruthless efficiency through Dorian Hanza and Charly Nouck to lead 3-1 at the break. Nordsjælland actually shaded possession (52%) and dangerous attacks (47 to 40), but Viborg's clinical edge told - six shots on target from 18 attempts compared to just two from Nordsjælland's 14. The visitors never found a way back, and substitute Adam Kleis-Kristoffersen added a fourth in the 81st minute to complete a comprehensive home win that eased any pressure building around Viborg's league position.
