Outstanding performance
Mallorca•MidfielderMallorca controlled this one from start to finish, out-shooting Ceuta 13-5 and racking up 51 dangerous attacks to their opponents' 19, a dominance that eventually told on the scoreboard. Álex Sala broke the deadlock in the 20th minute after Pablo Torre had twice gone close, then Adrián Fuentes doubled the lead just after the break, latching onto a Zito Luvumbo assist moments after Luvumbo himself had crashed a header off the post. Substitute Adam Buksa put the gloss on the scoreline in stoppage time, capping a night where Ceuta never really threatened, managing zero shots on target across the full 90 minutes. With five different players booked and Mallorca's bench fully utilized, this result should lift spirits at Son Moix while leaving Ceuta with plenty to address after such a passive away display.
