“Aleix Garrido converts an assist from Ivan Gil straight after the restart to put Eibar ahead against the run of play”
PivotalOutstanding performance

FC Andorra completely dominated the underlying numbers, racking up 78% possession, 28 shots and 104 dangerous attacks to Eibar's paltry 19, yet somehow found themselves chasing the game from the second minute of the second half. Aleix Garrido punished a slow Andorra restart to fire Eibar in front, and despite Jon Magunazelaia's dismissal for the visitors on 56 minutes leaving them a man down for over half an hour, Eibar's defence held firm with five saves and 14 tackles to see out a backs-to-the-wall victory. Andorra threw men forward late on, and substitute Efe Akman thought he'd rescued a point deep into stoppage time, but the goal was disallowed or didn't stand as the scoreline held at 0-1. It's a damaging result for Andorra given their total control of the ball and territory, while Eibar will take enormous confidence from digging in for three away points with ten men against a side they barely saw the ball from.
How entertaining was this match?
FC Andorra and SD Eibar arrive at Nou Estadi a Encamp level on points but heading in different directions after two rounds. Andorra's late collapse against Celta Fortuna offers Eibar hope of extending their strong recent record in this fixture.
