PivotalOutstanding performance

Al-Qadsiah looked to be running away with it after a blistering opening quarter, with Quiñones and Retegui combining inside three minutes to put them 2-0 up by the 15th. Al Ettifaq clawed one back through Celina before the break, but it was the second half where the real drama unfolded as substitutes changed the complexion entirely. Álvaro Medrán leveled at 2-2 shortly after coming on, only for Al-Qadsiah to restore their lead through another substitute in Mohammed bin Hamad bin Dwaihi Al Swaidan Al Qahtani, before Jordan Larsson - himself introduced from the bench - snatched a dramatic 85th-minute equalizer. Despite Al-Qadsiah's clear statistical dominance (55% possession, 13 shots, 5 big chances created against just 2), their inability to hold two separate leads, including a two-goal cushion, will sting more given how the match finished with three yellow cards in stoppage time as tempers flared.
How entertaining was this match?
Third-placed Al-Qadsiah look to extend their impressive run against a resurgent Al Ettifaq side that has won its last two matches. With goals expected at both ends and a young but spicy head-to-head history between the sides, this Pro League clash carries plenty of intrigue.
