Outstanding performance

Al Ittihad took control early and never let go, with Steven Bergwijn's 28th-minute opener followed by two Youssef En-Nesyri goals either side of halftime effectively settling the contest by the hour mark. Al Ittihad dominated the underlying numbers too, controlling 55% of possession and out-shooting the hosts 12-10, while converting three of their four shots on target into goals - a ruthlessly efficient afternoon in front of goal. Al Faisaly, despite creating two big chances of their own, missed both and only got on the scoresheet through substitute Théo Bongonda in the 87th minute, a goal that came too late to matter. The result keeps Al Ittihad firmly in the title conversation while Al Faisaly's struggles in a difficult zone continue, with the heavy home defeat unlikely to ease pressure on the squad.
How entertaining was this match?
Bottom-of-the-table Al Faisaly host high-flying Al Ittihad in a fixture with contrasting stakes — one side fighting to avoid an early relegation slide, the other riding a wave of momentum near the top of the Pro League. Al Ittihad's superior form and squad depth make them heavy favourites heading into Al Majma'ah.
