Outstanding performance
Olympique Lyonnais•DefenderLyon salvaged a crucial point against Paris FC in a match that looked destined to slip away from them. The visitors dominated the first hour, with Marshall Munetsi breaking the deadlock on 63 minutes following a spell of sustained pressure that included back-to-back corners. Paris FC looked comfortable protecting their lead until the dying moments when VAR intervened to award Lyon a penalty. Corentin Tolisso, who had come on as a substitute just after Paris scored, held his nerve to convert from the spot and rescue a point. The draw keeps both teams' respective campaigns on track, though Paris FC will rue not holding onto what seemed a well-deserved victory.
