“Triple substitution changes the game's dynamic as both managers look for fresh legs”
“Rodrigo Insúa picks up a yellow card for a late foul as tensions rise in stoppage time”
Barracas Central
Belgrano
Outstanding performance
Belgrano•AttackerA tactical stalemate ended goalless at Estadio Claudio Chiqui Tapia, with Belgrano controlling proceedings but failing to break down a resilient Barracas Central defense. The visitors dominated possession (68%) and managed 551 passes at 87% accuracy compared to Barracas' 253 passes, yet neither side could find the breakthrough despite Belgrano creating the match's only big chance. The game's defining moment came in the 79th minute when Leonardo Morales received a straight red card for violent conduct, reducing one side to ten men but failing to unlock a stubborn defensive display. Both teams made extensive changes in the second half as they searched for the winner, but poor finishing and solid goalkeeping ensured the points were shared in this Liga Profesional encounter.
