Genoa
Genoa finally broke through with a 2-1 win over Fiorentina, snapping a four-match winless skid but still sitting 16th with plenty of work to do.
The win over Fiorentina on October 10 was Genoa's first league victory of the season, ending a stretch of four losses and a draw. Milutin Osmajic leads the attack with 3 goals, but injuries to Sow, Meichtry and Colombo have thinned the squad ahead of a tough trip to Roma. Real progress, but a -6 goal difference shows how far Genoa still has to climb.
