FC Heidenheim
Heidenheim's Bundesliga adventure is over — relegated in 17th, they return to the second tier.
Heidenheim finish the 2025–26 Bundesliga season bottom of the table on 26 points, level with St. Pauli but undone by tiebreaker criteria. A -31 goal difference tells the story of a side that couldn't compete at the top level. Late wins over St. Pauli and Cologne came too late to matter. They drop back to the 2. Bundesliga for 2026–27.
