Le Mans are stuck mid-table, undone by a tough PSG trip and a suspension-hit squad that never found consistency.
A 3-1 loss at PSG capped a patchy stretch with just one win in five, and Le Mans head into the next round missing suspended Djibril Sidibé plus injured Colas, Rossignol and the long-term absent Bourabaa. Louis Mafouta remains their main attacking threat, but with only six points from six games, Patrick Videira's side need a response to climb out of the bottom half.
