Manchester United2026/27 · Premier League
Manchester United are in freefall: 17th, nine games without a win and a manager whose job looks increasingly shaky.
Back-to-back league defeats to Bournemouth (0-3) and Chelsea (0-2) came either side of a 1-4 Champions League loss at Como. Lisandro Martínez's red card at Chelsea rules him out of the Aston Villa game on November 8. Benjamin Šeško is out until at least January, and Michael Carrick expects to stay in charge for the Roma match on November 3, though reports call his position increasingly uncertain.
